How quickly will my booking be secured?
Your booking will be dealt with by our building contacts as quickly as possible however response times may vary depending on the property. If you have not received a response within two working days, we will automatically follow up with the building and keep you updated about the status of your booking.
How do I book an apartment?
You can access our enquiry form by clicking ‘enquire’ at the bottom of the apartment’s listing page or going to our ‘contact’ page. Enter your details, press send and sit back while we pass this onto the building.
What happens if I want to amend my booking?
If you need to amend the details of your booking, please contact the building as soon as possible.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
All apartments have a cancellation policy which can be found on the apartment listing page. To cancel a reservation, please contact the building as soon as possible.
